PHP software to upload videos in my youtube channel

I want a php software to download a videos from youtube into the online server, split the videos in short parts and upload the videos in youtube. Done 1-I enter a video url and download the video into the server 2-I select the time to split, for example if I enter 1 minute then the software will split and rename the video every 1 minute. For example a 5 minute video will be divided into 5 videos 1 minute each. The software will create many videos as depending the split time for example if the video is 1 hour long and I choose 25 minutes then the software will create 3 videos with the following length 25,25,10 3-I enter the name I want and the software will rename all videos with the same name plus a number like: -name 1 -name 2 -name 3 -name 4 -name 5 4-The software will upload all the videos in the youtube channel that I enter username and password -I want the option to set the time intervals between each upload for example if the software creates 4 videos and I set 8 hours intervals then the software will upload each video every 8 hours.
