Programming of a wordpress website with online shop already designed by our graphic designer

We are looking for a programmer for our website. Following description of the work: •Complete mockup design has been already done by our graphic designer •Need to be implemented in Woocommerce, so that we can later easily modify it (e.g. drag and drop) •Mobile-ready, •Should work with Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Opera •3 languages (we provide the content in e languages) •The programmer should also implement the back-end (client account, subscription process, subscriptions management). All content is already written and designed in the mockup design •The programmer should implement the payment integration with Adyen (recurring payment, flexible to be changed by the client on his client account) using the subscription management plug-in for Woocommerce. •What we do is a copy of [login to view URL] The programmer can simply go through the subscription process from Pact Coffee and create a client account to see all the functionalities needed (it costs 1.75 GBP to create the account and order coffee beans delivered somewhere in England. Just order to a friend or a fake address in England I reimburse that amount) •Upon interest , I will transmit the complete protocol that describes exactly the website with all functionalities needed •The initial programmer (an English guy graduated from Stanford) had budgeted 450 GBP for the job. Now he cannot work anymore because his father died and he is off for a few weeks. •We need the website to go live on 7 of May, ideally. Many many thanks for your help, Marie
