Glorified Check List. This system has 5 main components. 1. Must be able to upload individual files for paperwork of a real estate transaction. 2. Must be able to add outside users to the transaction with individualized permissions. 3. Must connect to IDX (internet data exchange for the united states MLS systems). API might need to be developed turning the raw data into readable ones. 4. Must create a template wizard for tasks and files list for future loading. 5. Must store all data. Must categorize all users into a global Rolodex for future use. 6. Must create email notification for multiple points and tasks Some wireframes are created, but not ALL!
