Redesign social networking site

Hi - I need a zend PHP developer that can convert PSD to HTML. Basically I got a redesign for a new idea social networking site that I'm making. So I have the codes already for this site and it's already hosted. So I need a Zend developer to do this and add few new features like multiple photos , share link/URL, GIFs etc. It's an interesting idea. I want a single freelancer, not someone with a team or a sales person for developer. So you'll work alongside this developer, probably create a chat room and we can all have a good time. Please only apply 1. if you have experience of making a social networking site. 2. If you can do frontend and backend properly . 3. if you have zend PHP skills and can add the feature (with mobile responsive, this is already coded) 4. If you can accept pay, from 300 downwards the coding is already done but there new things to add and take away however, there might be bugs to fix 5. If you're a one-man worker, not someone with team somewhere else because you need to work with my designer. Thanks
