Replicating Websites

We are looking for an experienced programmer to create either a script or software that will replicate Multi-level Membership Based Websites that will allow Members to also be Affiliates. Preferably looking for PHP and MySQL but are open for suggestions. The program needs the following features: Members Area: 1) Genealogy: o Members can see their personal referrals and personal referrals contact info. o Members can also see 10 levels of referrals names (but not level 2 – 10 contact information) 2) Profile: Members can update their profile information including custom fields setup by admin 3) Content Area: Where members can see content Pages (videos, pdfs, docs, etc) provided by admin 4) Need some templates for members area so we can add content later. Video page template, html only page template, etc. Admin Area: 1) Update Member’s profiles 2) Control what fields are displayed in a member’s profile based on their membership level. 3) Membership levels Are 1) Basic 2) Pro 3) Plus 4) Premium 4) Send Email to the members. Ability to Mail all, or mail by specific criteria 5) Manually Mark Members as Upgraded (we do not take payment at this time through the member area) 6) Control what content pages a member can see based on their membership level 7) Ability to replicate an unlimited number of pages / files. Public Pages: 1) Affiliate Pages - Ability to be replicated for each member and can display profile information as well as other information into fields we will set. 2) Members can sign up other members through their affiliate join page and can be tracked as their referrals in the back office. 2) *******IMPORTANT Criteria********* – IF affiliate has any profile information blank, the script needs to look up the hierarchy tree of affiliates until it finds the information to fill for custom fields but not for personal information.. For example: John refers Jane. Jane refers Sally. Sally’s Custom URL1 field is empty in her profile. Jane’s Custom URL1 field is empty in her profile. JOHN’s Custom URL1 field contains information. John’s Custom URL1 information displays on Sally’s replicating affiliate page. We need some templates for replicating affiliate pages in the Admin Area to add content as needed. Video page template & html only page template. More information or requirements will be provided as needed. This program needs to be installed on our server. We also need the code / script files to possibly upload to a different server and / or resell. Program needs to be upgradable / modified as needed on an ongoing basis. Of’ course payment will be discussed for further upgrades as needed after the original work is completed. Please let us know your hourly rate in your bid for future upgrades. We would also consider modifications to an existing program to do all of the above but would need to own it for future upload and possible re-sale.
