Good Day for such applications, I recommend a Web portal since it will work on all machines without problems. but if you are still interested in a Desktop version then cross-platform frameworks is the key solution for this. trust me am really good in such frameworks. We have implemented complete School management system for windows. 1- if it is a web browser based portal then we might need to implement separate stuff for windows and MAC. 2-Quiz page --> will there be a dynamic quiz stuff where the Admin can define questions and answers and student can answer where the result will be displayed in the form of graph etc. 3- Please guide what is the deadline and complete details of required features. Hello, Kindly consider this as a tentative/placeholder bid as we discuss the project in a better detail. We have 'expertise' in developing cross platform applications and in being able to identify the right way of doing that. With the brief description we could gather from the project bid, I could say that ... (1) we are looking at developing 'Software' that can be 'installed' of either of Windows or Mac OS machines and not a web based solution. Kindly, correct if I am wrong (2) If 1 above is correct, then whether you expect us to write a common code using .NET Core that works for both the environment or if you would like us to write separate native codes in Objective C / Swift & .NET.
