I am looking for only experience programmer that can complete this programme in 5-10 days. With this completion, I am looking to add more options to this programme in the future. The programmer should note that bet365 website can block scrapper from working efficiently. Part1 - App scans continuously from the live basketball matches being played from the Bet365 live matches page. The backend database will keep track of matches that meet a particular scoreline & match handicap criteria at the end of the 2nd quarter. Part2 - Then the backend database continues to monitor the selected matches from the start of the 3rd quarter for odds movement of the selected matches. If predefine criteria are met before the end of the match, it will register a hit and sends an alert to the user. Part3 – User receives the alert either by Text Messages or Push Notification. Your Proposal should include : a) What is your Proposed Platform to use to send mobile phone notification of Text Message? b) What is your Proposed Platform to monitor the scrapping data? Attach screenshots of the platform. c) Is IP Proxy necessary for your programme? d) Can we try the system within 3-5 days from acceptance of job? The trial of the system refers to backend work completed and starts to receive mobile phone notification or Text Message. e) If not, what is your expected Timeline to trial the Programme and start receiving notification? f) Please take note this is this is continuous scrapping, I look for 5-second refresh rate is it possible >
