Script me a packing list.

I need a script which can pull details from a CSV file and arrange it similarly to the figure 1 image. I'm not too familiar with programming languages etc myself so to keep it simple it will just be exactly that. Pull details from CSV files and put it into a clean printable A4 format. What software you use to create the script/software etc is up to you. I just need it to work. Figure 2 shows the layout of how I would like the new version to look. All of the details will be pulled from a CSV file containing the columns displayed in Figure 3. Below are some notes showing what I can think of at the moment everything that you need to know to understand what the task will require. I will send you the sample files etc once selected. 1a Items from the same buyer will have to be combined into one order. 1b Simple example June Niner (row 8 9 10). She has checked out for three items together so they have the same order number too. 1c Middle example is Sara Lloyd-Burt (row 84 85). This customer had actually placed 2 separate orders, however as both had exactly the same shipping address, channel and postage service, Linnworks merged them. 1d Complex example is majella farrell (row 53 54). This buyer has bought two items in separate transactions. The order did not meet all of Linnworks' necessary dependancies (in this case the shipping services are different). I want the items to still be merged regardless of this. If multiple postage options is the only reason for failed merge (i.e. buyer details and shipping are identical) then both shipping options selected should be displayed in the packing list, one underneath the other, and address only written once. 1e More complex: no example exists for this scenario in this file. Sometimes one buyer will make multiple purchases, however there may be a slight difference in address - such as an identification code. If buyer name, channel, username and postcode are the same then I would like it to display both complete addresses one beneath the other. 2a The records will be printed sorted by item title. Majority of orders are single item only orders so every order of the same item will be printed one after the other. 2b Orders which have multiple items but items are different, it will place the item which has the highest price first, and use that to sort. 2c If an order has a few items and there isnt sufficient space to put the entire order on the bottom of the existing page then it can either carry on the next page (in which case there has to be an obvious marker to make packer aware to turn over) or alternatively it will put it on the next page and use smaller order to fill that space. 3 At the top of each page will be written the date and time printed as well as pages (e.g. 'Page 1 of 32') 4 The shipping address field will hide any empty fields. So if 'shipping town' was blank, it will remove that cell so the address stays in a proper readable format. 5 Shipping cost: will add up all shipping costs collected from this order. If merged orders then it will add both orders together. 6 Total order value*: This will calculate total cost of everything in this package including item costs and shipping. 7 "Image: This cell will check an excel file which has http image links of all our items and and place a thumbnail of that product here. The SKU number will be used to query the image. Snippet of image links file in next page." 8 Quantity: This will be a regular font if it equals 1. If quantity is higher than one it will be a bigger font. 8 Item title: This will use 'Item title' if it exists. If this field is blank, it will instead use 'Original title'
