A schedule job runs in Salesforce every 5 min to fetch those records marked as high value customer 3. Hi there, I have worked for a national Australia Financial Investment company for 6 years. My job was to create, deploy, maintain and continue to develop upon their Salesforce system. In my 6+ years, I feel I have mastered every avenue of the Salesforce platform. Including but not limited to: Emailing tools, automatic processes, Integrations with legacy third party systems, integrations with current third party APIs and integrations with in house built C# web applications. After a quick research into Eloqua, there should be methods to accomplish what you hope to. Although, I have not come across any actual buttons I can add to contact pages within eloqua that perform this task (within my quick research), there are options to add external calls that integrate eloqua to salesforce, through something called an 'internal event'. I should be able to create triggers for internal events that are connected to the changing of say a new custom checkbox field that we can add to the contacts pages. Setting this checkbox to true, can trigger the internal event which will synchronise the contact with salesforce. This is how I would complete your project, although I have not worked with eloqua before, integration with third party systems is definitely one of my strengths as a developer.
