Set up automated integration of online form (Website Builder) to database lists (Mailchimp)

We have multiple separate Mailchimp accounts, with one centralised form on Website Builder. Currently we manually enter the details from the form into the appropriate Mailchimp database. We need someone to automate this entire process, and the interactions between Mailchimp databases. This includes establishing specific autoresponder messages for each form, direction to appropriate database lists based on form entries, and notifications to respective teams of new entries. Our ideal freelancer will have solid understanding of Website Builder platform, Wordpress platform, and Mailchimp. They will also take responsibility for ensuring all forms completed to date have been successfully populated to the respective databases. (There are not 100s or 1000s of entries, so relatively quick and easy) Payment will only be made if task is completed successfully. We will work with you and are flexible to make changes to our processes if required for you to have a successful outcome.
