Shopify Store Adjustments/Plugins/features

I'm looking for Shopify Expert who can help me with;

1) Small code adjustments

2) Adding a facebook like button on top right corner of the store

3) Changing "Buy Now" button to another one that other Shopify Store uses

4) Adding sticky "Add to cart" button feature (NO 3RD PARTY APPS, coding required)

5) Changing the price look. Adding dynamically calculated savings count right next to actual price

6) Helping me getting a tool free US number and setting up a virtual voice-mail for customers to call and leave their voice mails.

My budget is $15 for all of these tasks.
