Create a real estate website that is fully responsive, seo-friendly and clean. The site will allow us the ability to post our properties for sale or to rent. We need the following functions: Front End: Search on homepage - see attached sketch with form search criteria Home Valuation link - that functions similar to: [login to view URL] The search results page will have the ability to filter properties by number of rooms, location, price, property type or category. The main categories will be For Rent, For Sale. Sub-category etc: See attached image and video. Backend: See video: [login to view URL] Ability to log in NOT the WP log in and add agent login. Organise images as in order of preference ie Main image. Delete, Publish, Unpuplish, Mark as Sold or Rented, Featured. That's it.
