We have from 7 plus 2 bio metric machines-- 7 in class rooms , one at the entrance for faculty/staff attendance and one (?) in the canteen.
Currently, we manually enter student attendance from our attendance sheets in spite of this system being available
We should be able to automatically (real time) generate subject wise student attendance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and link all the class rooms. The input data required is (which is hopefully fixed)
1. time table since faculty may take multiple subjects
2. class-room allocation for each subject/division/specialization
3. names/roll numbers of all students
4. hourly remuneration for visiting faculty
Faculty would need to register their attendance the moment they step into the class room
This would automatically generate number of sessions taught per subject-- which should be linked with remuneration for visiting faculty.
