I need something to scrape a number of different Telegram group chats and enter each individual user and profile information into an csv file. From what I understand this is not possible using the Telegram API, as the channel must approve a bot for it to work. Currently the only way seems to be a browser extension that will monitor the channel and output the text. Please acknowledge this in your proposal and explain how you would provide a solution.

It depends, It may not be possible for Channels expert the user has admin Privilege but it ie very possible for Group. I can implement that using Telegram API. Lets discuss more via chat

Yes this is true that you cannot fetch details of any chat group without the bot and its token....another thing that you can try with is selenium in python or java...I have already developed a telegram bot solution.....Discuss your work in detail...
