URL Redirect website to add unix timestamp into url

I need a simple website made on twitter bootstrap 4 where I can configure multiple redirects and insert realtime epoc time into output url.

This needs to be generated in real time.

Need to be able to define:

Input url: e.g /redirect1

Output url: https://{start_of_url}{unix_epoc_time}{end_of_url}{keyword_rotator)

Keywords that will be added to end of url and each time the input url is triggered this will change to the next keyword

Website should have the following pages:

1. Basic login page (user/pass can be hardcoded)

2. Configuration page where can add/delete redirects.

3. Run on php webserver

4. Count the number of redirects.
