User bridge to login once time but permits to enter on same session on 3 platforms: Prestashop, FileManager and Forum

ONLY BID IF YOU CAN DO THIS WORK FOR 150 $ AND DELIVER WITHIN 7 DAYS (Half part of this work has been done already, now we have a user bridge that permits login to Prestashop, and almost backend is done too, but only works to sync users with Prestashop for now.) I think that worker that did this part, used it: [login to view URL] 1. Admin can give permission to users to access Prestashop, File Manager or Forum whether user can access prestashop or file manager or forum (with Language also so user can access platforms in assigned language.) 2. Show all users with filters. (Admin can see all users with search option) On summary, we need to make first of all a USER MANAGER which will sync to prestashop each new user will be sync from prestashop to user manager and user manager admin can give rights to each user to access prestashop or file manager or forum with language option so after it that user can login into assigned platforms like prestashop or file manager or forum with same login. Note: without login user can’t see anything of any platform. He need to login one time to access then to each platform. I attach a draw to show the functionality. Words and buttons are in spanish.
