Video Ads System for WordPress - Only backend developers

Hello Freelancers, I need a backend programmer to create a basic system to display video ads before showing search results. The site was developed in WordPress and uses the theme "Directory Plus". So the theme is for classified ads. I need when the user types something on the search form before showing results its necessary to show a video related to the category. For example if user search for "doctor" before showing doctors classified ads i need to show a video related with that category.
