I need an App for my company to manage visitor log and be compatible with my QR code door release device. Visitor installed the App -> register via App -> made appointment via App -> targeted staff approved via App -> visitor arrived at the door -> log in the App and scan QR code machine at doorway -> targeted staff received notification via App -> targeted staff click confirm via App -> door released -> visitor in -> visitor access valid from half an hour before meeting time until half an hour after meeting time -> need to scan in and scan out every time -> but staff only need to confirm once -> thus we can get visiting log from database Please advise.
