The project seems to be an interesting one based on the description. In brief, what I understood is that there will list of questions with answers provided by other users. Current/new users have option to select one of the presaved answer or write there own. Admins have the options to add new questions and add or delete answers etc. That means this app should have 2 sections users and admin sections. I have a question regarding this explanation would definitely like to dicuss that if you are willing to choose me as a freelancer for this project. I'll use my existing tech stack experience to build this app on time and in budget which hopefully will convert into a long term partnership.
