1. I need a website to auto bulk sending whatsapp message. Bidder needs to tell me how many whatsapp msg can be sent Every day or Every hour

2. Allow me to upload contact list via csv or excel

3. Can separate and detect the phone number into contact list to sms or whatsapp (if have whatsapp use whatsapp)

If do not have whatsapp, do not send sms. Everytime must detect if a phone number has whatsapp, if yes, send whatsapp again.

4. report interface shows how many phone numbers have whatsapp, how many whatsapp are successfully sent, how many are not sucessfully sent,

5. besides text, can send and receive from image, audio and video. Also, can send link in text.

6. the website can send text and image msg to whatsapp. Also, the website can receive text and image msg from whatsapp too.

2) Adding the Sender ID's - I have heard Whats app do not allow to send more than 100 or 50 messages at once, so that means we may require to change the sender id's after every 50 sends, and to add sender id's we need to have verified whats app number. so lets say if I send 5000 sms we may need 100 sender ID hence 100 verified phonenumbrs by whats app

3) Reporting system: to which all number whats app were sent, which all numbers have whats app installed, which all numbers received whats app message.

4) Adding Resellers and sub resellers ( like Super Admin, Admin, Users etc)

5) Credit Scoring system ( deducting of points on every sent msg)

Payouts will be in 3 Stages

1) once you show me a demo and you confirm me the Timeframe and assures me all the features and functionally - (25% will be )

2) once you install that API and script and confirms me its working (will release 25%)

3) After success full implementation of it on to 1 more web servers and on going support for next 3 months) will release remaining 50%
