If I get it right, the website of public transport system of Madrid does not have an API to be called for your purposes. Then it should be done using the webpage, automating the process, like someone types in ID and displays the results, then the results are fetched from the response html and pushed to a database. I can do this. I can create an AWS lambda function for this, if you like.
