I have developed an application on similar lines for a corporate house. It was custom made as needed by them. However it is not really being used by them. I have developed several custom web applications with multi user access etc. I have read through the requirements and am confident of delivering as needed. However the time line (and also budget) proposed is not feasible. So I request you to reconsider the same. Once I know that you are willing to reconsider the timeline and budget, I will study in detail and get back with my estimated time line and cost.
