Web scrapping extension for an existing wordpress site.

A) General: I need a website with the following functions: create a tool able to scrap all the data (on a longtime prospective) from 3 popular listing sites of my country and automatically send instant alerts by email/telegram based on specific criterias provided by the logged users of my website when a new listing pops up. There will be both free and paid membership plans based on the number of search the user is allowed to create and the number of checks allowed by day. B) Detailed frontend description: The user will be invited to sign up into the Wordpress site and access to a private dashboard where he will be able to add new items to watch on the desired listing website. To add/edit an item, the user should be able to fill a user-friendly form and select the filter criteria for the listings as per below: - choose the listing platform to watch (Example: Ebay/Amazon/Etc…) - choose specific category as per the listing site (Example: Car, Electronics, etc…) - choose specific region/city as per the listing site (Example: Alabama, New York City, etc…) - choose specific keywords to search for - from both title and desciption (Example: Iphone/Audi, etc…) - choose specific keywords to exclude the results the user don’t want to receive - from both title and desciption (Example: Grey Color) - choose a price range (Example: from 500$ to 700$) Once the watch item is created and a new listing pops up on the listing site and match the user’s criteria, an email and/or a private message on telegram (using bot) will be sent to the user in order to advise him. The alert should include: - the name of the ad - the URL of the ad - The price of the ad - The city where the ad is sold - The date/time the ad was published Inside the dashboard, the user will also be able to modify his personal data (firstname, lastname, address, email, password) and switch from free to paid plan with paypal/stripe recurrent payment integration. He will also be able to configure the notifications preferences. C) Detailed backend description: The administrator will access to a backend page where he will be able to manage each user profile such as: - modify the membership plan - view the saved watch list - access to all the verified payment list.
