We need to build a video and text conversation application which should work in both web and mobile.

1) Patient will search for doctor and there are 3 ways of connecting with doctor

1) you can meet directly at hospital

2)Text chat

3)Video chat

Text chat is valid for 7days from the date you purchase you can text the doctor attach a file and share it with the doctor and similary doctor will diagonise and text you back

Video chat is ingeneral valid for 15min while you book a doctor you will select the date and time of your appointment the doctor will call you at the time where you booked you have to attend the call and speak with the doctor

once the doctor cuts the phone you cannot call back the doctor incase if you need to speak you need to book the appointment again incase of any discrepancy you can connect with the support team

We need to maintain the historical record of both video and text.
