Website Redesign Project

Existing Web site which uses the boot strap 2.x frame work and is not currently responsive (mobile view, and others don't properly render, and we are penalized by google for this). We are prepared to redesign the entire site, and need a web developer to help us. Existing site visible here [login to view URL] Web site is all html code and php (php code is just for including headers, footers, content we use on multiple pages like 'badges and site seals' etc). In short we are looking for someone to provide us a copy of our existing site that works to modern standards, any frame work would be acceptable but boot strap is what we have now and would need to update that to the latest. We can start with just redesigning our front page, and a few sub pages to 'test' and then hire you to update every page site wide (there are over 100 unique web pages on the main web site, but all are the same header/footer and includes. Summary: Redesign the header, footer and frame work for an existing site - expectation is that you will FTP directly to our server to upload and test. We would like a new 'front' page, and (1) sample sub page (redesign of 1 existing page) to fall in that frame work All code must be in php / html, all file names must be .php even if just html content there in. Any frame work should be stored in a central include folder such as /assets including any java, js, etc needed for the frame work.
