Should basically connect to a server from WHMCS, edit a squid server config file to add a new port and authenticate via IP or user:pass to the proxy server.
Module should be able to connect to a VPS/Server and open up a port in squid and then IP authenticate that port or assign a user:pass to it without restarting the server.
