Woocommerce development

We are looking for someone who can help us to streamline our Woocommerce store for faster loading, add a bit of custom functionality to make it easier for customers to order, and iron out a few issues that we're having with our current theme (Eva). Here's an example of some of the initial stuff that we're looking to do: 1) We would like to add an additional text field to the product page. We have the advanced custom fields plugin and I would assume this is something we could do through that. 2) We would like for the navbar to have the ability to show categories to specific customer types (we sell to wholesale (stores that resell our products) and retail customers). One of our plugins gives the option for certain items or categories to only show to customers who are logged into a certain role. I would think that we could leverage that tool to make this work. 3) We updated our advanced coupon plugin earlier this week and it caused issues to the way products are displayed. I messaged the plugin creator who said that the plugin is conflicting with something in the theme that's probably erroneously coded by the theme developer. He suggested a fix and so if this is something that you could look at that would be great. 4) We would like for the product tags that appear on the category page to be specific to the products on that page. For example, we sell greeting cards -- on the greeting cards page there should be tags for birthday, congratulations... however, we also sell notebooks. We don't want the birthday tags to show on the notebook category page. 5) The site runs pretty darn slowly. We're not on the fastest hosting plan and we're totally willing to upgrade but we currently have 40 plugins on the site and my understanding is that we should really be somewhere around 20 or fewer. If you have an interest in giving an initial consultation then that would be a great place to start and from there if you can give a time estimate on how long certain fixes might take that would be very helpful.
