WordPress expert needed

We are looking dev shop to help us add web developer, UX, UI, SEO, online advertising, and site construction to join our team that knows advanced Wordpress and would be excited to help strategize, build new features, squash bugs, and grow the subscription base of our content sites. 
 Our ideal candidate has intermediate to advanced experience building custom Wordpress themes and plugins. And, you had experience extending the Wordpress admin through the use of custom post types, custom meta boxes, and custom admin menus, then you better send us your resume right now. Ideal Skills Requirements Experience working on high trafficked web apps Experience using GIT or SVN Experience communicating with and architecting MySQL or Postgress databases Attention to detail and writes readable code others can easily jump into Solid front-end knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Experience using front-end frameworks such as Angular, Backbone, Node, React, Ember, etc to communicate with RESTful APIrsquos Experience with preprocessors such as SASS or LESS Strong advocate for SVG Attitudes PHP, LAMP, MYSQL, javascript, Open Source, MVC Frameworks, Word Press Design new responsive Word Press theme in line with existing design aesthetic. Develop all aspects of the Word Press theme including templates, SASS/CSS. Integrate existing content into theme. Integrate and customize social media sharing plugins. Integrate and customize existing DFP Ad tags. Setup all base templates for Word Press theme, Single, Tags, Etc. Develop slideshow interface Integrate existing Disqus comment service Reskin Existing custom content types Integrate brightcove media player Integrate Google tag manager and other 3rd party pixels. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years experience with WordPress. If you don’t send us your Sample work, we cannot determine your skill level. The ideal candidate will possess all of the requirements below: Portfolio showing your talents in action. Excellent design aesthetic. Expert in HTML5, CSS3, XML, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and jQuery Expert in WordPress Expert in responsive programming Extremely reliable and communication driven Can work within a budget and can simplify when necessary. Extremely detailed oriented Experience working with Ad tags Experience writing, customizing and extending WordPress plugins Familiarity with page speed and optimization techniques. Demonstrated understanding of SEO optimization. Works within the WordPress coding standards and leverages WP conventions. World Class design skills Bonus Skills: Experience working with build tools such as grunt Experience with PHP dependency management with composer Understanding of A/B Testing principles in site optimization. Working knowledge of website and server analytics tools (New Relic, Google Analytics, Mix Panel). Candidates without a portfolio submitted along with the application will not be considered. The first project will be a site audit, rebuild, social expansion, SEO and then ongoing monthly/weekly improvements. You must submit a link to the "best" design you have.
