Wordpress Google Map Pro Input data and simple animation

Hello, I am building a mortgage website and looking for someone to input addresses into my Wordpress Google Map Pro Plugin. I want the map to reflect all of the transactions my company has done for purchases and refinances and differentiating the two different types of transactions with two different colored pins.
- I have an excel spreadsheet saved as a csv file to import into the plugin, with the title (purchase/refinance), address, and Latitude/Longitude.
-I would like the address pins to be animated and drop down on the map.
-Here are the hex colors for the theme of my website #ef946c #ef946c #60534d #c9d6b9 #38839e #41a8cf #38839e #bfbcbb
-I've also included the pin icons I would like to be use blue(refinance) orange(purchase) they may need to be resized to match each other
Again this is data entry into a wordpress plugin, and simple animation
