Wordpress invoicing site completion

I am using Sprout invoices and on the Quote and Estimate there are fields that we input but do not show up on the form. I have included a sample sheet of what I need the estimate to look like and can get you one that sprout creates to show you the fields that I need added. The fields on the Estimate need to include a Terms area with a drop down to change it and display on the estimate that can be tied to the client selected. Add the following to display on the Estimate: FOB text field Expected Ship Date Project text field Requested By text field IF that customer entry has a Ship To it needs to display on the estimate Instead of the Add dropdown it should default to or only have the Product option. For the Invoice the same fields need to be there. The invoice needs the ability to attach multiple PDF files. A form needs to be created for Job Tickets that can be reused over and over again and saved. I have attached a file of what the form needs to look like and the total amounts need to be auto calculated. We can discuss which are drop downs, expandable, free form etc upon hire. On all three forms the page needs to be cleaned up/dumbed down to simplify and make it as user friendly and simple to follow as possible. If possible all 3 should have an employee name/number attached for the user that made the entry and tie that into the numbering sequence if possible.
