Im looking for a WordPress plugin for backing up the WordPress database as a SQL file with the ability to restore.
1) All tables should be backed up.
2) SQL files should be saved in a specific directory and have the date of the backup (in m/d/Y format) as well as a random string of characters as the file name. The specific directory should also have a blank [login to view URL] file in it to prevent snooping.
3) The plugin should allow manual creation of backups at any time (see attached file #1)
4) The plugin should list all previous backups (in decending order newest to oldest) with the ability to restore the database at a button push.
5) The plugin should allow automated backup scheduling (WP CRON is fine) (see attached file #2)
****Beyond that, please take note. Im well aware of the scope of this project. I spent several years as a full time freelancer (anyone remember RAC/vWorker or Elance?) I simply have more projects than time. This is a one day job for anyone proficient. Please bid accordingly, also please note that bate and switch bidding will not be tolerated. The specs are clear, you will be expected to stick with what you bid. Also I will NOT pay you to start working (I did over 700 jobs as a freelancer without ever once asking for an advanced payment). Nor will I do milestones, this project is WAY to small to require them.
As for coding, I prefer functional code over object oriented code if possible. I also expect you to stick to the timeline you set, if you say it will be done in X days you are expected to adhere to that.
From me you can expect open communication and quick release of escrow once the project is completed and tested (I will test within 12 hours of you sending me the completed work).
