Need help adding features to 2 customized wordpress plugins that connect with each other. Both are already customized and work except for the features I listed in the word documents.

Basically they are:

1.) A customized version of "Activity Log" that tracks data entry so I can pay based on the amount of work done/and how quickly they did it instead of just by the hour.

2.) A customized version of "RSS Aggregator" that needs some color coding and filtering so that multiple data entry freelancers can work on the same stuff without conflicting overlap.
