Wordpress website for students enrolments

I am looking for a Wordpress website that will help in the students enrollments process and visa applications system. The website must have: 2 TYPES OF USERS: STUDENTS WHO WILL LOOK FOR PROGRAMS OF STUDIES AND USERS WHO WOULD LIKE TO APPLY FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF VISA * FOR STUDENTS: - research area where students can search for courses (language, undergraduate, postgraduate) in our partners schools and universities. Results of search will show details of each programme and a button to apply - once the student clicks on apply, he will be directed to create his profile where he will needs to submit his information and upload documents that match the information provided (it should be dynamic). - once we check the profile, we (admins) should have the option to request other information to be submitted or uploaded. - the student by creating his profile account he should have access to his account to complete the steps afterwords by login - the student should have a status area where he can check the status of all applications he submitted (current, needs docs, payment, cancel,..) - an option to request service payment and validate accunt once the payment is confirmed (by allowing the student to upload payment receipt online) - the admins have the access to switch the status of the application (pending, current, review, payment requested,...) - agents portal where they can log in and enroll their students - agents registration page where they can fill up an application and agree to a contract of partnership and wait for approval by sending an email and giving them access to create their account and password and have access to the search system of courses .. - affiliate links system generated automatically so the agents or affiliate users can promote and once a referral link is used by any student to enroll we can see who referred the student and being able to pay the commission ( each affiliate user or agent can have access to commissions area and can see status of each application he referred and the commission payment status) - admins or counselors access ( employees) / multi offices -option to create pages * FOR VISA APPLICATIONS USERS: - visa applications to be filled up by the user depending on the type and information requested (pre-templates of info of each country and visa type tourist, business student) ----> The student user needs to have access the visa section once he get the admission for his course and needs to proceed to the visa to apply Ideal skills and experience include: - Wordpress development - Experience with student enrolment portals - User interface design - Knowledge of online forms and data collection.
