Work Schedule converted to outlook calendar entry

So i get a schedule sent through from my office its all email based sent from their CMS setup, i want something that can convert the email and add the entrys onto my calander
so Monday 28 will be added to Monday 28 in calendar and then work information will be added to notes and address in address bar and so on
I had this working last time but cant find the program or the guy who made me it.
