Work with Sharepoint Online Document Libraries using PHP

I need the following:

- PHP Script(s) containing functions that can:

- Authenticate with Sharepoint Online using API Token (Azure App) or credentials

- PHP Script to run from command-line (php -q)

- Check for the existence of a folder within a Document Library i.e. folderExists($folder)

- Create a folder ... i.e. createFolder($folder)

- Delete a folder ... i.e. deleteFolder($folder, $incSubFolders)

- Rename a folder ... i.e. renameFolder($folder,$folder2)

- Instructions on how to run, including obtaining API token and/or Azure App

No access to our Sharepoint UAT or live environments will be provided.

UPDATE:

A number of people have asked if they can provide a solution using .NET as opposed to PHP.

I understand it is easier to use .NET/C# given the native Microsoft Sharepoint libraries. If you are proposing .NET, please revise your price and indicate you are using .NET instead of PHP.
