workflow coordination between 3 web services !

the first web service will be an organ bank where the user needs to register/ login. as soon as the user logs in, he will be displayed images of all the organs, where he will have an option to request the organ under the organ image, once the user requests, the website will ask for a form/application to be filled out, in which the users details/info will be taken and once he submits the form, the user is given an application identifier say (m_Id) and a notification from the web service saying we need a doctors confirmation. the second web service is a doctor's web service, where the user is again asked to fill out the form, once the form is filled, the doctor's web service displays a notification saying he needs additional body checkup and gives him application id say (d_id). the third web service is a body checkup web service, where again the user is asked to fill a form out. one the form is filled, the body checkup web service notifies him that the information will be forwarded to the doctor. the body checkup web service then needs to send the information received as an input to the doctor's web service, once the doctor's web service receives information from the body checkup's web service, the doctor's web service needs to send their confirmation to the organ bank's web service. once everything is confirmed the user is eligible to take the organ. PS: this is a dummy website, we do not intend to make a real blood bank, so the UI doesn't have to look that great, nor do we need any additional functionality, it is just three web services with three forms, and each sending confirmation to each other. all I need to demonstrate to someone else is the workflow coordination between the web services.
