write behat tests and create reduced test cases for a drupal project

This project involves Drupal 7 and 8, with a priority on 7. There are approx 20 module patches for D7 contributed modules that specifically need behat tests, and approx 100 additional features ready for tests to be written. Some features involve javascript. These tests should be set up to run on GitLab's CI offering. Likely steps: 1. build reduced test case of each feature using specified module(s) 2. report on whether issue exists 3. if issue exists for which a current patch also exists, apply patch 4. write behat test to confirm functionality Our purpose for specifying behat is to allow for behavior-driven QA. Non-technical team members will be able to check which tests pass or fail, as well as being able to contribute feature descriptions that need additional tests.
