write ftp batch code to work with FTP (NL)leaseweb.

I want to use window system command to put and get files from server, but having issues with using ftp with leaseweb.
just need help writing command
1. must be able to provide a batch file to connect
2. get file
3. put file
4. switch directory
5. input on more efficient method without install or using other exe file.
6. need to do this silently so no file and password are shown.
Current issues
1. I can connect
2. but cannot get file list, change dir, get and put.
