I will like to hire someone to write a programmed / software that will allow me to get released schedule time called "blocks" of time for my job as an independent contractor. Delivery service. Drivers can accept blocks of work once they are released through out the day. Currently it is a crapshoot and is all about who is the fastest at refreshing and accepting. Blocks are accepted through the an application provided by my employer. What I would like is for someone to write a programmed / software to check for updated blocks every micro seconds and accept all called block that meet a certain parameter. The parameter must be adjustable. I'm willing to pay $200-$500 for a final working script. The script will be mine and can not be resold*** Also, for the constant maintenance of the software, I will be glad to be paying certain agreed fee monthly so that if there is any issue, I will have a swift resolution.

By going through the description, I understood that you needs a kind of auto updating script that will update the "blocks" (of time) and filter and accept those blocks according to a dynamic change able parameter.

Hello there! I can say that your job is very interesting, but there is a one detail - I have a lot of experience with WPF first, so that means that it would be much easier for me to complete the task using this framework rather than by creating some webpage or something like this. I suppose that an interface for your task management task would be much easier to write using WPF too and it would work faster than a web application. The only problem is - that will work only on Windows. Anyway, if you're interested, write me to the PM, we'll discuss the further details like design or time needed to complete the task (for now that is just a placeholder time which I did put into the bid)
