I want to create a survey with up to 40 questions that people rate with importance from 1-10 for example, that then generates a response which I need to be able to adjust on an ongoing basis, via a spread sheet. This idea for example is someone enters how important price is for example, screen size, viewing in the dark, power consumption. This is then matched against a product list and the answers filter down to a particular product. I have thought of doing this as a cascading series questions for example but that seems like a very long way of doing this. Once I award the project I will provide more details about the conditions of the questions and out comes. But think of it as something like Eharmony for a product I want to do this within a Wordpress environment

Basically you need a WordPress plugin where you can input question and answer, and question will show to page via shortcode. you can see the report at admin panel and ability to export to excel. lets do this.
