Hi there, our company is working on a item registration database. It's design is basic and the basis of the table is complete. Basically what we have is an HTML table on the front page which pulls rows from the SQL database. What we'd like done is covered briefly below, we will have to work together on Skype/ or any other instant messenger, as I don't have time to explain in-depth right now. What we need is: * Add new item, PHP form * A separate page which includes a form to "Add Item" which allows the user to insert new record to the SQL database. We have a form template ready, just need some coding to link with database + 2 file upload buttons. When the submit button is pressed we'd like the files that have been chosen to be added to an archive. We'd like the current date to be automatically added + the "Next Test Due" to be automatically listed as +3 months from the "Previous Test Date" * Update item PHP form * What we'd like here is a PHP form on a separate page that updates the rows. For example, if the user clicks "Update Item" link on row 1 (CPCE-0001) just row 1 is updated. Some information will simultaneously be added to that row / items archive. I can't explain right now in full detail, but over Skype I can walk you though step by step. I can thoroughly explain what needs to be done, in terminology you can understand.
