an HR generalist needed for 4 months based at gurgaon who will work closely with us on a HR intervention project for a client of ours. The candidate (5-6 yrs experience) should have excellent presentation and communication skills and should be well versed with all conceptual and implementation knowledge of organisation design including structures / competency matrix/ designing and conducting development centres/ manpower planning/ Training/ Time and motion study etc preferably from an automotive background and should have done his MBA-HR/ MPM.
