This job does not require any special skills and only takes you less than 1 hour.

We are looking for people to provide user experience report on package-receiving for our products and services. For example, record what happens after you shop online. That may include online shopping, package tracking, receiving delivery notification and finally getting the package. Or if someone send you something, record the whole process from his/her sending to your final pick up.

We need you to provide some basic info to build customer persona (privacy strictly protected), and at each phase of a process, you’ll :

Define Phases - Each phase represents a major goal you are trying to achieve during the whole process.

Record doing - I “Verb” … Example: I complain about item.

Describe Touching points - the point you interact with packages/shippers.

Record thinking - I believe … Example: I believe the quality of the item is poor

Record feeling - I feel … Example: I feel angry at broken item

A sample is attach in files to make it clear cut.

Our automated locker system has been well designed and manufactured to blend into both indoor and outdoor scenarios. With our smart system you’ll deal with packages as easily as mails.

At this moment we need to figure out how the locker system can better blend into as more places as possible, so we are collecting real-life scenarios where our locker systems may be set up to make package management really esay. This is the part we need you help with.
