Python script for Telit module

I need to write a Python script for Telit GC864Quad - PY module.
Here is the module that i have

It has build in Python interpreter engine that could operate the module through AT commands.
Here is what i want to do:
Connect device that generates(althabetic/numeric) data to terminus RS232 interface
And i want this data go through terminus to webserver(jasper wireless control center [url removed, login to view])
Here is what python script needs to do:
1) Using SER library read rs232 serial port(my data that will come from device)
2) Using MDM library forward this data to webserver.
Telit suggest to use Telit Python package that includes Pythonwin1.5.2+ for writing, compiling and debuging scripts
Here is email response from Terminus engeneer:
"This can be done using a Python enabled Terminus. Python script would establish a connection to server via Multi socket commands.
The RS-232 connected keyboard could be read via the Python script and forwarded to the remote server."
