Additional functions to QTextEdit in Qt

Add additional functions to the Text Edit example in Qt, under Qt 5.7/Qt Widgets/Rich Text Examples/Text Edit.

Additional functions include:

Create a new class to handle inserting shapes. Shapes should float above or behind the text edit content

Create a new class to handle inserting text box

The text edit content (including image, table) and shapes/textbox should be saved to file and be read from file
