Seems like an easy job, here's my approach to solving this : 1. Use Django to write the Interface to put in the links to scrap or upload the file to scrap and organize. 2. Use Beautiful soup to scrap the links. 3. Use Pandas to organize, sort and export to multiple file formats that would be PC exploitable.
