Hi We are looking for a good template to build many modified apps on our website, using python37 Flask/Jinja2, SQLAlchemy, and DataTables. What we want is a deliverable proof-of-concept flask app. On the html, we'd like jinja2 code to generate a panel/jumbotron to show all of the databases as searchable, selectable DataTables ([login to view URL]). Then there will be an ordered list titled “Procedure” with ~10 items (again, just a dummy list) . Under every item, allow the user to input a different type of data. Input 3 different numeric values under #1, a text value under #3, a start and stop datetime-local (so two datetime-locals html5), a checkbox in #5 that can be checked or not, an upload csv input (where the user uploads a csv file) in #7, and upload image input (jpeg, jpg, png), a pulldown menu from selector from #8 etc. I will explain more in chatbox Please bid who is expert.
