MVP of data science model

Data scientist needed to build a customer digital self-assessment tool. I need support to build the minimum viable product (MVP) of a digital self-assessment tool. The self-assessment tool will allow users to input their UK postcode, it then runs data analysis across 9 open data sets and provides back to the user a ranked list of findings. The tool will run analysis across 9 open data sources (which have already been identified). This is an MVP, and so we are building a functioning self-assessment tool, but at the same time it should be developed in a quick and efficient way that minimises costs and effort. The successful freelancer will be responsible for: - designing the technical architecture - building the self-assessment tool - establishing the self-assessment tool so that it is securely hosted and can be easily integrated into our website (in WP or similar) - communicating progress and accurately identifying longer-term considerations for the full roll-out of the tool (pending MVP success) I’d reiterate that this is an early MVP, intended to test consumer demand, and so the goal is to build something low-cost and quickly that can be hosted on our website and tested with customers. Pending successful consumer testing we would build out a more advanced and sophisticated tool. Ideally we can continue working in partnership with the successful freelancer both for full development and maintenance. During the development we will welcome the ideas of successful freelancers on how best to build the scaled solution. We are looking for data scientists with good and relevant academic qualifications, and someone that understands the role of MVP in business development and can design, build and communicate effectively.
