Odoo 8 issues: Sales Order Calendar Creation modification

I am using Odoo Version 8, and have had a modification completed to automatically create calendar events when a sales quote is created, based on new fields on the Sales quote. When the sales quote is confirmed, the sales quote calendar event is deleted, and a new calendar event created. A scheduled action has also been setup to automatically sync calendars with google calendar every 10 minutes. I have the following issues to be fixed: 1) Duplicate calendar events are being created for some sales quotes/orders. The duplicates seem to increase over time. For example a single sales quote may have 20 duplicate calendar events created. 2) Some users have a lot of calendar events in their Odoo calendar, when attempting to sync with Google calendar, a timeout error is being received. I'd like the timeout to be increased and potentially only sync to google for any calendar events >= Today. Don’t sync past calendar events. 3) Sometimes the google calendar sync is causing a odoo server error. 4) There appears to be an Odoo bug, when clicking on a calendar event in the Odoo Calendar the 'attendees' field does not display any attendees. When clicking on 'Edit event' the attendees then display. I will give further details of the above issues to the successful freelancer. I will require future development and further issues fixed, the successful freelancer will be given first opportunity for any future work.
