Price comparison API based on spiders preferably using flask

I’m cuurently building an API that would compare prices. I started with scrapping product names and prices for each website that I want and saved them as csv files. At this point there is no way of linking the sames products from file A to file B to actually compare the prices. My approach was to compare each product from file A to B, which takes time and would not be pracical in this case as data might change in these websites and prices might change.
I want to be able to continuasly get the data from the websites, so I thought maybe crawlers would be the solution.
If flask wouldnt be a good option in this case I would consider django.
